Dr. Subhra Jana of S. N. Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences, Kolkata has been selected for SERB Women Excellence Award 2017. She has also been awarded Young Associate of Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore. Her multi-disciplinary research involves synthesis of alloys, intermetallics and hybrid nanocomposites for catalysis and environmental remediation.
